Machacado taco recipe

Ingredients

  • 2/3 ounce machacado, heated on the griddle with bit of oil
  • Pico de gallo
  • Eggs, scrambled
  • Tortilla, heated
How to Make It
  1. Let the machado and pico de gallo mixture cook a bit before adding scrambled eggs at the end.
  2. Serve on top of a hot tortilla, fold and eat.
