This pasta salad is easy, delicious and colorful.
Ingredients
- 16 oz pkg refrigerated cheese tortellini, uncooked
- 2 green peppers, chopped
- 2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 6 oz can sliced black olives, drained
- light Italian salad dressing to taste
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
How to Make It
- Cook tortellini according to package directions; drain and rinse with cold water.
- Transfer tortellini to a 13"x 9" glass baking pan; refrigerate until cooled. Mix in peppers, tomatoes and olives. Just before serving time, stir in salad dressing and cheese.
