Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 1½ cups unsweetened almond milk
- 1 each medium banana
- 2 tsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tsp finely grated lemon zest
- 2 each medium red cabbage leaves, stem removed
- ½ cup ice - 1 cup or filtered water
- Blueberries for garnish
How to Make It
- Place all of the ingredients, except the garnish in a high powered blender. Start on low, and then increase the speed to high. Blend until smooth. Garnish
- Place a few blueberries on the top of each glass, then serve.
