Ingredients
- 1 kg lamb ribs
- 1 tbsp cumin
- 1 tsp coriander
- 2 clove Bud
- half sticks of cinnamon
- 1 tsp black pepper
- pinch red hot pepper
- salt
- freshly ground black pepper
- olive oil
How to Make It
- Cut the lamb between the ribs into portions. Rub with salt and pepper, and immediately put in the oil so that it completely covered the meat. Cover with foil, let stand in a cool place for 1 hour.
