Kentucky bourbon chocolate pecan pie recipe

Spiked with bourbon and chocolate, pecan pie never tasted so good!

  • Yield: 8 Servings

Ingredients

  • ½ (14.1-oz) package refrigerated piecrusts
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup light corn syrup
  • ½ cup butter, melted
  • ⅓ cup bourbon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1½ cups chopped pecans
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate morsels
How to Make It
  1. Preheat oven to 350°. Fit piecrust into a 9-inch pie plate according to package directions; fold edges under, and crimp.
  2. Whisk together sugar and next 6 ingredients; stir in pecans and morsels. Pour filling into prepared piecrust.
  3. Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until set. Let pie cool on a wire rack at least 3 hours before serving.
