Spiked with bourbon and chocolate, pecan pie never tasted so good!
Ingredients
- ½ (14.1-oz) package refrigerated piecrusts
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- ½ cup butter, melted
- ⅓ cup bourbon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp salt
- 4 large eggs
- 1½ cups chopped pecans
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate morsels
How to Make It
- Preheat oven to 350°. Fit piecrust into a 9-inch pie plate according to package directions; fold edges under, and crimp.
- Whisk together sugar and next 6 ingredients; stir in pecans and morsels. Pour filling into prepared piecrust.
- Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until set. Let pie cool on a wire rack at least 3 hours before serving.
