Ingredients

  • 1 (10-inch) flour tortilla
  • ¼ cup vegetarian refried beans
  • 1 slice American cheese
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp low-fat sour cream
  • 1 dash hot pepper sauce
How to Make It
  1. For five minutes warm your refried beans in the microwave.
  2. Then warm your tortilla in the microwave for 30 seconds.
  3. Layer beans, sour cream then cheese, and pepper in the tortilla. Finally, add some hot sauce.
  4. Roll into a burrito. Serve.
