Ingredients
- 1 (10-inch) flour tortilla
- ΒΌ cup vegetarian refried beans
- 1 slice American cheese
- 1 pinch ground black pepper
- 1 Tbsp low-fat sour cream
- 1 dash hot pepper sauce
How to Make It
- For five minutes warm your refried beans in the microwave.
- Then warm your tortilla in the microwave for 30 seconds.
- Layer beans, sour cream then cheese, and pepper in the tortilla. Finally, add some hot sauce.
- Roll into a burrito. Serve.
