Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 6 whole eggs
  • Diced lean ham
  • 2 tbsp light cream
How to Make It
  1. Beat eggs with cream and spray skillet with cooking spray.
  2. Cook on medium high heat.
  3. Add ham and cheese. Serve and enjoy.
