Ingredients
For the Pakchoi
- 4 small heads pak choi
- 4 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 2 tbsp toasted sesame oil
- 2 tsp grated ginger
- 1½ tsp sesame seeds
- ½ tsp black pepper
Extras
- 2 tbsp peanuts
How to Make It
- Halve the pak choi lengthways.
- For the ginger glaze, mix together all the remaining ingredients. Pour the mixture over the pak choi and marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
- Grill the pak choi halves on their cut side over direct heat for 4 minutes. Then turn them over and finish cooking them over indirect heat with the lid closed for 8 minutes.
- Coarsely chop the peanuts and sprinkle them over the pak choi halves.
