Ingredients
For the Butter
- ¼ bunch fresh coriander
- 50 g vegan butter
- 2 tsp lime zest
- 1 tsp salt
Extras
- 4 heads fresh sweetcorn
- 1 lime
How to Make It
- Finely chop the coriander and mix it together with the room temperature vegan butter, lime zest and salt. Refrigerate.
- Grill the sweetcorn over indirect heat for 15–20 minutes.
- Serve with the lime and coriander butter and lime wedges.
