Ingredients
- 3 ripe bananas in ridge slices
- 1 tbsp tamari
- 1 tsp grilled spices
- 1 tbsp flax or sesame oil
- Pinch of salt
How to Make It
- Marinate the bananas with, tamari, spices, oil and salt.
- Dehydrate for 16 hours if you like them very crispy.
