Great with milk or with yogurt.
Ingredients
- 4 cups oats
- ¼ cup chopped walnuts
- ¼ cup slivered almonds
- ¼ cup sunflower seeds
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup coconut oil
- ½ cup honey
- 1 tablespoon almond extract
- ¼ cup raisins
- ¼ cup cranberries
How to Make It
- Coat the slow cooker with a non-stick spray.
- Combine the oats, walnuts, almonds, sunflower seeds and sugar in the slow cooker.
- Stir in the coconut oil, honey, and almond extract.
- Be sure to keep the lid open just a tad for a crunchier taste.
- Cook for 2 ½ hours on low while stirring a few times.
- Add the raisins and cranberries and stir. Place the granola in a cool place.
