Ingredients
- 18-¼ oz pkg yellow cake mix
- 3.4-oz pkg instant lemon pudding mix
- ¾ cup oil
- ¾ cup water
- 4 eggs, beaten
- powdered sugar for garnish
Glaze
- 2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 Tbsp butter, melted
- 2 Tbsp water
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
How to Make It
- Combine all ingredients except garnish in a bowl; beat until well mixed. Pour batter into a greased 13"x 9" baking pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Immediately poke holes through cake with a fork; pour glaze over cake. Dust with powdered sugar.
- Combine all ingredients; stir until smooth.
