Ingredients
- 3 cups of sprouted wheat
- 1 cup sweet corn seeds
- Pinch of salt
- ½ tsp curry
- Pinch of ground cumin
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp brown cane sugar
How to Make It
- Use a food processor and process.
- Spread the mixture on a dehydrator sheet and dehydrate for 10-12 hours.
- Flip sides to dehydrate evenly.
