Germinated wheat/corn flat bread/taco shell recipe

Ingredients

  • 3 cups of sprouted wheat
  • 1 cup sweet corn seeds
  • Pinch of salt
  • ½ tsp curry
  • Pinch of ground cumin
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp brown cane sugar
How to Make It
  1. Use a food processor and process.
  2. Spread the mixture on a dehydrator sheet and dehydrate for 10-12 hours.
  3. Flip sides to dehydrate evenly.
