Serve at your next tapas party with some toasted bread. Serve over rice for a family meal.
Ingredients
- 1 lb peeled and deveined shrimp
- Salt and pepper to taste
- ½ tsp paprika
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 5 cloves of sliced garlic
- ¼ cup Madeira
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes
How to Make It
- Season the shrimp with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Heat the olive oil and sauté the garlic for 3 minutes.
- Stir in the shrimp and cook until no longer pink, about 5 minutes.
- Add the Madeira and red pepper flakes and stir for 2 minutes. The Madeira should be bubbling.
- Serve with toasted bread.
