Ingredients
- 8 large eggs
- 4 slices bacon
- 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 cups frisee, torn
- 4 cups radicchio, torn
- Black pepper
How to Make It
- Cook the eggs in a saucepan of boiling water for 6 minutes; rinse and peel.
- Cook the bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crisp, 7 to 9 minutes; remove and crumble. Add the vinegar and oil to the drippings; stir to combine.
- Toss the frisee and radicchio with the dressing. Top with the eggs and bacon; season with ΒΌ teaspoon pepper.
