Ingredients
- 2 large sweet yellow onions, finely chopped
- 4 Tbsp olive oil
- 1½ cups plain nonfat Greek yogurt
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- Pinch of cayenne
How to Make It
- Place onions and olive oil in the crock and stir so onions are coated in the olive oil.
- Cover and cook on Low for 8 hours, or until the onions are a deep caramel brown color.
- Strain the onions.
- In a bowl, combine yogurt, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, cayenne, and onions.
