Ingredients
- Dash of cumin
- 1/8 cup light cream
- Cubed chicken, cooked
- 4 eggs, whole
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 1/8 cup diced onion
- ¼ cup sliced green pepper
- 2 tbsp salsa
- Dash of garlic powder
- ¼ cup cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
How to Make It
- Add soy sauce and vinegar in a skillet and heat.
- Add in the onions, green peppers, and chicken.
- Add in pepper and salt.
- Cook for 4 minutes before mixing cream with eggs.
- In a different skillet, add in half the egg mixture and cook. Flip to cook the other side. Do the same with the rest of the egg mixture.
- Split the ingredients between the egg "tortillas".
- Apply a topping of salsa and sour.
