Efe is a mover and shaker (a professional dancer and Gyrotonic instructor), and you can always find her with a green smoothie in hand. She shared her favorite green smoothie recipe with me and I tweaked it to make it low-fodmap so we can all enjoy it.
Ingredients
- ⅓ cup beets
- ½ medium navel orange, peeled
- One ½-inch piece peeled ginger
- ¼ lemon, peeled
- ½ cup coconut water
- ½ cup water
- ⅛ avocado
How to Make It
- Combine all the ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
