Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 12 large eggs
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup dill relish
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard, optional
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp black pepper
- Freshly chopped parsley or chives, optional
How to Make It
- Place steam rack inside Instant Pot. Add 1 cup water.
- Carefully place eggs onto steam rack.
- Secure lid and pressure cook eggs on high for 5 minutes.
- Do a quick pressure release. (I like to place a clean kitchen towel over the steam vent to catch any hot water droplets that come out.)
- Remove eggs and place them in a bowl of cold water to cool them.
- Peel and slice eggs in half lengthwise, scooping egg yolks into a mixing bowl. Place egg white halves on baking sheet.
- To the egg yolks, add mayonnaise, relish, paprika, mustard (optional), salt, and black pepper. Stir ingredients together until fully mixed.
- Carefully spoon yolk mixture into center round of each egg white half.
- Sprinkle prepared deviled eggs with freshly chopped parsley or chives, if using.
