Ingredients
- 2 cans white tuna in water, well drained
- ¾ cup panko crumbs
- ½ cup shredded finely Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon dried Italian seasonings
- Salt
- Pepper
- 2 medium eggs
- Frying oil, such as olive oil
How to Make It
- After draining the tuna well, place it in a lag remixing bowl.
- Add the panko crumbs, Italian seasonings, and eggs.
- Mix well. I suggest you use your hands for this.
- Form small bites, nuggets, or even squares, as you wish.
- Heat the oil in a large skillet.
- Place the Parmesan cheese in a separate bowl and coat each nugget you create in the cheese before placing in the hot oil to fry.
- Fry for about 5 or 6 minutes on each side.
- Remove and place on paper towels until the extra fat has been absorbed.
- Serve with ranch sauce, marinara sauce, or any other favorite.
