Ingredients
- 2 cups almond milk protein + fiber
- 2 tbsp dark brown sugar, divided
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup strong cold coffee
- Pinch of ground cinnamon (optional)
How to Make It
- Whisk together almond milk, 1 tbsp brown sugar, a pinch of cinnamon and vanilla extract in a bowl.
- Pour the mixture into molds.
- Mix strong cold coffee with 1 tbsp brown sugar and stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.
- Pour the coffee mixture into the molds.
- Freeze for 30-45 minutes.
- Add sticks, then freeze for at least 4-6 hours.
