This quiche can be enjoyed for breakfast, brunch or lunch.
Ingredients
- 7 large eggs
- 1¼ cups heavy cream
- ¾ cup milk
- 8 oz grated Gruyere cheese
- 4 asparagus stalks
- ½ cup broccoli florets
- 1 chopped bell pepper
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 minced garlic clove
- Dash of nutmeg
- Salt and pepper to taste
How to Make It
- Whisk the egg, nutmeg, salt and pepper in a bowl.
- Add the heavy cream and milk.
- Stir in the cheese, vegetables, and garlic.
- Transfer the mixture into the slow cooker.
- Cook on low for 4 hours.
