Creamy cocoa-mint smoothie recipe

Cocoa nibs are often dubbed a super food and it’s easy to see why. Each little nugget offers a sizable dose of magnesium as well as fiber and healthy fats. Ingredients

  • ¼ cup cocoa nibs
  • 1 each large banana
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tbsp, loosely packed fresh mint leaves
  • 1 cup ice 2 cups or filtered water
  • Fresh mint sprigs, for garnish
How to Make It
  1. Place all of the ingredients, except the garnish in a high powered blender. Start on low, and then increase the speed to high. Blend until smooth.
  2. For Garnish
  3. Place a mint sprig into each glass, and then serve.
