The yummy taste of the sea in a convenient casserole!
Ingredients
- 8 oz cans crabmeat, drained
- 4 oz cans tiny shrimp, drained
- 2 c. celery, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 T. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 t. sugar
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 c. soft bread crumbs
- 2 t. butter, melted
- 2 T. lemon juice
- Garnish: thinly sliced lemon
How to Make It
- In a bowl, mix together all ingredients except bread crumbs, butter, lemon juice and garnish.
- Transfer to a greased 13"x9" baking pan; set aside. In a separate bowl, toss bread crumbs with butter; spread over crabmeat mixture.
- Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes, until heated through.
- Drizzle with lemon juice; garnish with lemon slices.
