Ingredients
- 4-lb corned beef brisket with spice packet
- 1 bottle Guinness beer
- 6 sliced carrots
- 10 small baby potatoes
- 2 quartered onions
- 1 chopped small cabbage
- ¼ cup mustard
How to Make It
- Place the brisket in the slow cooker and add a cup of water and beer.
- Stir in the spice packet.
- Cook on low for 4 hours
- Open the lid and add the potatoes, onions and carrots. Cook on low for 3 hours.
- Open the lid and add the chopped cabbage.
- Cook on low for another hour. Serve with mustard.
