Sometimes you want coffee but don’t want to drink it on an empty stomach. This is a way to get the flavor of coffee with some added nutrients to keep you full longer.
Ingredients
- ½ cup brewed coffee
- ½ hemp milk
- ½ unripe banana, frozen (optional)
- 2 teaspoons chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon unsweetened cacao powder
- ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- Handful of ice cubes
How to Make It
- Let the coffee cool in the refrigerator or use cold-brewed coffee.
- Combine all the ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
