Ingredients
- ¼ cup plain fat-free yogurt
- 3 Tbsp reduced-fat mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp cider vinegar
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 2½ cups cubed, cooked, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 celery stalks, thinly sliced
- 2 Tbsp finely diced red onion
How to Make It
- To make the dressing, mix together yogurt, mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, salt, and pepper in a small bowl until blended.
- Mix together chicken, celery, and onion in a medium bowl. Add dressing, tossing to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate 1-4 hours before serving.
