Ingredients
- 2 cups self raising flour
- sauce
- 4 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 3 cups boiling water
- 30 grams butter, melted

How to Make It
- Place flour and cocoa powder in a bowl. Mix in brown sugar, milk and butter. Stir well to combine. Spoon into a 4.5 quart camp oven.
- Sprinkle brown sugar and cocoa powder from sauce ingredients on top of pudding mixture. Carefully pour boiling water over the back of a spoon on top of sugar and cocoa.
- Place lid on and cook pudding for 40-45 minutes or until cake springs back when touched. Serve with cream or custard.
