Ingredients
- 2 cups rice milk
- 2 teaspoons agar flakes
- 1 cup date sugar
- ⅓ cup cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 2 tablespoons arrowroot dissolved in 2 tablespoons of water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
How to Make It
- Place rice milk and agar flakes in a small saucepan and simmer for about 5 minutes until agar is dissolved.
- Add date sugar, cocoa powder, and coconut oil and simmer for two more minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in arrowroot and vanilla extract.
- Place in a blender or food processor and purée until smooth. Place in dessert dishes.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour, and garnish with fresh fruit.
