Chocolate pudding recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rice milk
  • 2 teaspoons agar flakes
  • 1 cup date sugar
  • ⅓ cup cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons arrowroot dissolved in 2 tablespoons of water
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
How to Make It
  1. Place rice milk and agar flakes in a small saucepan and simmer for about 5 minutes until agar is dissolved.
  2. Add date sugar, cocoa powder, and coconut oil and simmer for two more minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in arrowroot and vanilla extract.
  4. Place in a blender or food processor and purée until smooth. Place in dessert dishes.
  5. Refrigerate for 1 hour, and garnish with fresh fruit.
