Ingredients
- 2½ cups coconut flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ cup chocolate powder, sifted to remove lumps
- ½ cup boiling water
- 1 cup unsalted vegan butter
- 1 cup honey
- 3 teaspoons egg replacers
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup vegan vanilla cream cheese
How to Make It
- In a mixing bowl, sift together the flour, baking soda, salt.
- In another bowl, place the sifted chocolate powder; pour in the boiling water, stirring to dissolve all lumps.
- In a larger bowl, cream the butter and honey until very light.
- Add the egg replacer beating well.
- Add the vanilla and the chocolate water.
- Then add flour mixture & cream cheese; mix until well blended.
- Bake in a well-greased tube pan at 3500 for 70 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the cake comes out clean.
