Chocolate cream pie recipe

Ingredients

  • 2½ cups coconut flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ cup chocolate powder, sifted to remove lumps
  • ½ cup boiling water
  • 1 cup unsalted vegan butter
  • 1 cup honey
  • 3 teaspoons egg replacers
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup vegan vanilla cream cheese
How to Make It
  1. In a mixing bowl, sift together the flour, baking soda, salt.
  2. In another bowl, place the sifted chocolate powder; pour in the boiling water, stirring to dissolve all lumps.
  3. In a larger bowl, cream the butter and honey until very light.
  4. Add the egg replacer beating well.
  5. Add the vanilla and the chocolate water.
  6. Then add flour mixture & cream cheese; mix until well blended.
  7. Bake in a well-greased tube pan at 3500 for 70 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the cake comes out clean.
