Chocolate & banana soft serve nice cream recipe

The trick to a delicious nice cream is ripe bananas – the riper, the better! Just peel, slice and place in the freezer and you’re halfway there!

  • Yield: 2 Servings

Ingredients

  • 2 frozen medium bananas, chopped
  • ½ cup (125 ml) almond milk or semi-skimmed milk
  • 1 tablespoon 100% natural almond butter
  • 1 tablespoon raw cacao powder
  • 1 tablespoon raw cacao nibs
How to Make It
  1. Place the banana, milk, almond butter and cacao powder in a food processor and process until smooth and creamy.
  2. To serve, place the nice cream in two serving bowls and sprinkle over the cacao nibs.
