Ingredients
- 1 (6.9-ounce) package Rice-A-Roni
- 1 (10-ounce) package frozen broccoli
- 2 cups diced cooked chicken
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 cup milk
- ½ cup margarine
- 1 (10½-ounce) can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
How to Make It
- Preheat oven to 350˚F.
- Prepare Rice-A-Roni according to package directions. Cook broccoli according to package directions.
- Layer rice, broccoli, chicken, and cheese in a lightly greased 9x13-inch pan.
- Heat milk, margarine, and cream of chicken soup in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring until combined.
- Pour milk mixture over cheese. Top with additional cheese, if desired. Bake 45 minutes.
