Ingredients
- ½ lb sliced fresh provolone
- 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 tbsp fresh basil, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- ½ tsp oregano
- ½ lb sliced grilled chicken
- ¼ cup diced tomato
- 1½ tbsp olive oil
How to Make It
- In a bowl, combine Dijon mustard, basil, lemon juice, oregano and olive oil.
- Layer the tomato, chicken, and cheese.
- Sprinkle with dressing before serving.
