Oat flour and Chia super dehydrated crackers.
Ingredients
- ½ cup ground almonds
- ½ cup oat flour
- 1/3 cup ground flax
- 1/3 cup Chia seeds
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Pinch of ground black pepper
- Pinch of paprika
- Pinch of mustard
- Pinch of dehydrated garlic powder
How to Make It
- Put all the ingredients into a bowl and mix well.
- Apply on a dehydrator sheet in square shapes.
- Dehydrate 16 hours or more.
