Ingredients

  • 20 cherries, pitted
  • 1 scoop (30 g) protein powder, chocolate flavour (optional)
  • 1 cup (250 ml) semi-skimmed milk
  • 100 g low-fat plain yoghurt
  • 1 teaspoon raw cacao powder
How to Make It
  1. Place the cherries, protein powder (if using), milk, yoghurt and cacao powder in a high-powered blender and blend until smooth.
  2. To serve, pour into a glass or shaker.
