Ingredients
- 20 cherries, pitted
- 1 scoop (30 g) protein powder, chocolate flavour (optional)
- 1 cup (250 ml) semi-skimmed milk
- 100 g low-fat plain yoghurt
- 1 teaspoon raw cacao powder
How to Make It
- Place the cherries, protein powder (if using), milk, yoghurt and cacao powder in a high-powered blender and blend until smooth.
- To serve, pour into a glass or shaker.
