Ingredients
- 1½ cups coconut flakes, macaroon-cut or fine-cut
- 1½ cup walnuts
- 3 tablespoons coconut butter (optional, for more smoothness)
- ⅓ cup dates, pitted
- 4–5 tablespoons raw honey (liquid or crystallized) or coconut nectar
- 2 tablespoons lucuma powder
- 2 tablespoons maca powder
- ½ teaspoon reishi extract powder
- ½ teaspoon ashwagandha extract powder
- ⅓ cup cacao powder
- ⅛ teaspoon Himalayan salt
- Pinch of cinnamon
- Pinch of nutmeg
- Schisandra berry extract powder (optional)
How to Make It
- Place the coconut flakes and the walnuts in a food processor, and mix until a fine texture forms.
- Add remaining ingredients to the food processor, and mix until combined and sticky.
- Roll into 1-inch balls, add a dusting of schisandra berry extract powder if desired, and chill before serving for best results. Store chilled.
