Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 3 medium eggs
- 1 tsp powdered sugar
- I tsp vanilla
- 2½ cup milk
- 1 tsp sunflower oil
- 1 tsp butter
How to Make It
- Pour the flour into a mixing bowl. Break the egg into a cup and beat. Then, add it to the flour. Also, add one cup of milk. Mix until the mixture is a perfect blend.
- Include sugar, salt, vanilla, oil, butter, and the rest of the milk. Mix well until smooth. Cover with a towel and leave for 30 minutes in room temperature.
- Oil the base of a pan and put over high heat. Pour the pancake mixture into the pan with a ladle and turn to the other side. Replicate this process throughout until you don’t have any more mixture.
- Serve your palachinka and enjoy.
