Ingredients
- 1 cup powdered sugar (sifted)
- 2 eggs
- ¼ cup honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- ¼ tsp salt
- 2/3 cups vegetable oil
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
How to Make It
- Heat the oven to 350 F. Put parchment paper on 2-3 baking sheets.
- Find a bowl and add salt, flour, cinnamon, and baking soda. Mix the content together.
- Grab a stand mixer designed with a paddle attachment. Break the eggs in the bowl and add powdered sugar. Beat for 4 minutes. Thereafter, add the honey and vanilla extract and mix together. Then add oil.
- Pour the flour mixture into it and mix to blend. Leave it for 8-10 minutes.
- Mold 2 tablespoons balls, put on the baking sheets and press. Bake it for 15 minutes, or until it turns golden. Leave it to cool down.
- Melt the white chocolate with 1 tablespoon oil. Do the same thing for the semi-sweet chocolate.
- Plunge the cookies halfway into the chocolate and remove. You can keep for up two weeks in airtight bags in room temperature or the fridge.
