Ingredients
- 1 pound of ground chicken
- ¼ cup of onion, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, pressed
- 1 egg
- Dash of salt and black pe ¼ cup of plain breadcrumbs 1 teaspoon of dill weed, minced pper
- ¼ cup of plain breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon of dill weed, minced
- 4 hamburger buns
- 2 Tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of parsley, minced
- Blue cheese crumbles, for topping
- Ranch dressing, for dressing
- Green onion, chopped and for serving
- Mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced and for topping
- Buffalo sauce, for topping
How to Make It
- In a bowl, add in the ground chicken, onion, pressed garlic, egg, plain breadcrumbs, minced dill weed and minced parsley. Season with a dash of salt and black pepper. Stir well to mix. Shape into 4 patties.
- In a skillet set over medium heat, add in the olive oil. Add in the chicken patties. Cook for 10 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
- Pour 1 to 2 tablespoons of the buffalo sauce into the skillet and gently coat the burger patties. Cook for an additional minute. Transfer onto the hamburger buns.
- Top off with the ranch dressing, blue cheese crumbles, chopped green onion, mozzarella cheese and extra buffalo sauce. Serve.
