Broccoli cheddar egg muffins recipe

A lot of the time we don’t have much time in the morning to cook a full meal for breakfast. We tend to grab something on the go and many times it is not the healthiest of choices. This recipe is something you can make ahead of time and reheat whenever you want to eat them. The broccoli could also be replaced with other vegetables like mushrooms, peppers, meats, etc., whatever your heart desires.

  • Cooking Time: 15 Minutes

Ingredients

  • 5 eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup broccoli
How to Make It
  1. Start off by preheating the oven to 375 degrees F.  Now you will chop the broccoli into smaller pieces and combine it with the eggs.
  2. Next thing you will do is pour it into muffin tins.  Now you will sprinkle the cheese evenly among the muffins and place in the oven to bake for 12-15 minutes. Until the eggs are cooked thoroughly.
