Ingredients
- 4 lbs pork butt roast
- 1 tbsp cumin powder
- 2 tbsps chili powder
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tbsp dried oregano
- 2 sliced yellow onions
- 2 sliced avocados
How to Make It
- In your slow cooker, mix pork butt with chili, cumin, oregano and coriander and rub well.
- Add onions, cover and cook on Low for 10 hours.
