Ingredients
- 3 ounces cauliflower florets, in bite-size pieces
- ¾ teaspoon salt
- 8 ounces black beans, cooked
- 2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley
- 6 ounces brown rice, cooked
- 2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
- ½ teaspoon soy sauce
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon anise
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup
- 6 ounces avocado, sliced
How to Make It
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Lightly grease a 4 x 8 baking pan with toasted sesame oil.
- Steam cauliflower for about 5 minutes.
- Combine all ingredients except for the avocado. Mix well.
- Transfer to baking pan and bake for 15 minutes. Garnish with avocado slices.
