Ingredients
- 1 cup raw honey, crystallized
- ⅓ cup coconut butter
- ¼ cup lucuma powder
- 1 tablespoon maca powder
- ¼ teaspoon Himalayan salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla bean powder
- ½ cup Brazil nuts, chopped
How to Make It
- In a food processor, mix all ingredients, except the Brazil nuts. The dough should ball up and become caramel-like.
- Remove the mixture from the food processor, and place in a glass bowl.
- Add the Brazil nuts and stir in by hand until evenly combined.
- Press the mixture between two sheets of parchment paper into a ½-inch-thick caramel, using a straight-sided glass or a rolling pin to evenly distribute the caramel.
- Chill for 1 hour or longer on a cutting board, then cut into small, bite-sized pieces. Keep chilled until ready to serve. Store chilled.
