Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh or frozen green beans
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, thinly sliced
- ½ inch of peeled/sliced fresh ginger
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes, or to taste
- 1 tomato, roughly chopped
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- ½ cup chicken broth
- Salt and ground black pepper
- ¼ lemon, cut into wedges, to serve
- 1 pound lean pork
How to Make It
- Cut each bean in half. Put all ingredients in the slow cooker and cook on low for 4 hours.
