Ingredients
- 4 Bourbon-Pickled Blackberries
- 1 small lemon wedge
- 2 ounces (60 ml) brine
- 1 ounce (28 ml) gin
- Ice
- Club soda
How to Make It
- Totally reeshing, this was my summer go-to cocktail.
- In a cocktail shaker, muddle the blackberries with the lemon wedge. Add the brine, gin, and ice. Shake well. Strain the mixture into an ice-filled rocks glass, and top with a splash of soda.
