These chocolate crepes are filled with a cherry cream filling you can make to impress your significant other.
Ingredients
For the Crepes
- 4 eggs
- 1½ cups of whole milk
- 1 cup of water
- 2 cups of all-purpose flour
- 6 Tablespoons of butter, melted and cooled slightly
- 1/3 cup of white sugar
For the Filling
- 1, 21 ounce can of cherry pie filling, evenly divided
- 1 cup of whipped topping
- 1 tablespoon of white sugar
For the Topping
- ½ cup of cherry pie filling
- ½ cup of chocolate syrup
How to Make It
- Prepare the crepes. In a bowl, add in the eggs, whole milk, water, all-purpose flour, butter and white sugar. Whisk well until smooth in consistency.
- In a skillet set over medium to high heat, grease with cooking spray. Add ¼ cup of the crepe batter. Swirl the skillet around to coat the bottom with the batter. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes. Flip. Continue to cook for 1 minute or until gold. Remove and transfer onto a plate. Repeat and set the crepes aside.
- Prepare the filling. In a bowl, add in the cherry pie filling, whipped topping and white sugar. Stir well to mix.
- Pour the filling into the center of each crepe. Roll tightly and place onto a serving plate with the seam side facing down.
- Drizzle the remaining cherry pie filling and chocolate syrup over the top.
