Beef, parsnip, celery stew recipe

Ingredients

  • 2½ pounds cubed pork meat
  • 2 chopped onions
  • 2 chopped carrots
  • 2 Tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 sprig dried thyme
  • 2 chopped parsnips
  • 4 cups beef stock
  • Salt
  • Ground black pepper
  • 1 bouquet garni (thyme, parsley and bay leaf)
  • 1 bunch chopped parsley
  • 1 bunch chives
How to Make It
  1. Put all ingredients in the slow cooker and cook on low for 8 hours.
