Ingredients
- 1 fresh garlic clove
- 1/8 cup water
- 1 lb sliced beef, dried
- 2 tbsp sugar substitute
- 3 tbsp liquid smoke
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ cup soy sauce
How to Make It
- Mix all the above ingredients excluding beef.
- Refrigerate for a number of hours to marinate.
- To prepare the jerky, spray a baking sheet with oil. Add beef.
- Set your oven to preheat at 200° F.
- Cook for longer hours until the jerky is dry.
- Flip occasionally to ensure all sides are cooked through.
