Not all burgers have to use lean ground beef in order to be incredibly delicious. These pork burgers are seasoned with garlic and grilled to absolute perfection.
Ingredients
- 1 pound of lean ground pork
- 1 tablespoon of parsley, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- ½ teaspoons of salt
- ½ teaspoons of black pepper
- 4 Tablespoons of goat cheese
- ¼ cup of basil
- ¼ cup of peaches, thinly sliced
- 4 hamburger buns
How to Make It
- Preheat an outdoor grill to medium heat.
- In a bowl, add in the lean pork, chopped parsley, minced garlic, dash of salt and black pepper. Stir well to mix. Divide the mix into 4 patties.
- Place the burger patties onto the grill. Cook for 5 to 6 minutes on each side or until cooked to your desired doneness. Transfer immediately onto the hamburger buns.
- Top off with the goat cheese, basil and sliced peaches. Serve immediately.
