Ingredients
- 2 (5-oz) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- ½ cup baby carrots
- 1 Tbsp fresh rosemary
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp freshly cracked black pepper
How to Make It
- Rinse the chicken breasts and pat dry. Cut off any excess fat.
- Wash the baby carrots and dry. Leave whole or cut in half.
- Lay the chicken breasts flat in the top part of the steamer. If your steaming unit has a screen for herbs, lay the rosemary on it. If not, lay the rosemary around the chicken breasts.
- Set the steaming unit’s timer according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- After the chicken has been steaming for 5 minutes, open the lid and add the baby carrots. Steam for another 20 minutes. Add salt and pepper.
